The granting of any payments plan will be at the company’s discretion and a 25% deposit will be required as the first instalment.
This Payment Plan forms a contract between Sonic Innovations Pty Ltd (“us” or “we”) and you and will be governed by all of the terms and conditions set out in this document. We may enter into the Payment Plan at our absolute discretion.
This Payment Plan only applies to the purchase of one or more of our hearing aids.
You warrant that you have understood the financial obligations as outlined in the Payment Plan and that you have the financial means to satisfy the terms and conditions set out in the Payment Plan.
If you fail to make a payment under this Payment Plan, or otherwise breach a term or condition, then we may terminate the Purchase Plan immediately. In addition, you must reimburse us for any costs or expenses that we may suffer. These costs and expenses may include, but are not limited to, legal expenses, debt collection costs and bank fees.
You authorise us to deduct from your nominated account all payments and costs set out or associated with the Payment Plan. If a payment is due on a weekend or public holiday, we will deduct the payment on the next available day. You must ensure that you have enough available funds in your account to meet all payments.
