Receiver-in-the-ear (RITE, RIC)

RITEs (also known as RICs) is the most popular style of hearing instrument. These devices are lightweight and very small. This style is easy on the ear because the sound travels into a virtually unnoticeable and ultra-thin sound wire, straight into a receiver that sits inside your ear. In addition, the amount of natural sound entering your ear can be controlled to keep the sound comfortable. This means you can enjoy even clearer and more natural sound quality. A RITE (RIC) hearing instrument can be fitted with both open and closed earpieces to suit most levels of hearing loss.

RITEs (RICs) come in wide choices of colours, from subtle to bold and trendy and making them very cosmetically appealing.
