Promotion Offer

Be one of the first 400 people to book AND attend a hearing test with Hearing Life between the 12/10/2015 and the 30/11/2015 to become eligible to receive a $50 Coles/Myer Voucher.

Only the first 400 Attendees will be eligible for the offer. Total prize pool value is $20,000.

Offer open to private clients only. Clients who are eligible under the Office of Hearing Services Program are not permitted to enter.

Within 2 weeks of the conclusion of the promotion period, customers will receive their voucher in the post.

General

  1. Entry is only open to Australian residents aged 26 years or over. Employees (and their immediate families) of the Promoter and agencies associated with this promotion are ineligible to enter. Immediate family means any of the following: spouse, ex-spouse, de-facto spouse, child or step-child (whether natural or by adoption), parent, step-parent, grandparent, step-grandparent, uncle, aunt, niece, nephew, brother, sister, step-brother, step-sister or 1st cousin.
  2. Promotion commences on 12/10/2015 and ends at 4.30pm (local time) on 30/11/2015 (“Promotional Period”).
  3. To receive an automatic entry, eligible individuals must:
    1. Be classified as a Private client. That is, they are not eligible for any services under the Office of Hearing Services Program.
    2. Book and attend an appointment at any HearingLife clinic in NSW, QLD, SA, WA or VIC for a hearing test during the Promotional Period. Further details on HearingLife and booking instructions are available at hearinglife.com.au
  4. Only one (1) entry is permitted per person.
  5. If this promotion is interfered with in any way or is not capable of being conducted as reasonably anticipated due to any reason beyond the reasonable control of the Promoter, including but not limited to technical difficulties, unauthorised intervention or fraud, the Promoter reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to the fullest extent permitted by law (a) to invalidate any customer; or (b) subject to any written directions from a regulatory authority, to modify, suspend, terminate or cancel the promotion, as appropriate.
  6. The Promoter will not be responsible for any incorrect, indecipherable, inaccurate or incomplete information communicated in the course of, or in connection with, this promotion if the deficiency is occasioned by any cause outside the reasonable control of the Promoter.
  7. The Promoter is not responsible for any problems or technical malfunction of any telephone or network or lines, servers or providers, computer equipment, software, technical problems or traffic congestion on a mobile network, or any combination thereof, or any other technical failures including any damage to entrant’s or any other person’s mobile handset or computer related to, or resulting from, participation in this promotion or the downloading of any materials related to this promotion.
  8. The Promoter’s decision is final and no correspondence will be entered into.
  9. Prizes, or any unused portion of a prize, are not transferable or exchangeable and cannot be taken as cash, unless otherwise specified by the Promoter.
  10. If for any reason this promotion is not capable of running as planned because of infection by computer virus, bugs, tampering, unauthorised intervention, technical failures or any other causes beyond the reasonable control of the Promoter which corrupt or affect the administration, security, fairness, integrity or proper conduct of this promotion, the Promoter reserves the right in its sole discretion to cancel, terminate, modify or suspend the promotion, subject to any written directions made under applicable State or Territory legislation.
  11. Caution: any attempt to deliberately damage the Promoter’s promotional website or the information on the website, to cause malicious damage or interference with the normal functioning of the website, or to otherwise undermine the legitimate operation of this promotion may be a violation of criminal and civil laws and should such an attempt be made, whether successful or not, the Promoter reserves the right to seek damages to the fullest extent permitted by law. If the Promoter suffers loss or incurs any costs in connection with any breach of these Terms or any other legal obligation by an entrant, the entrant agrees to indemnify the promoter for those losses, damages and costs.
  12. Personal information may be collected and used by Sonic Innovations Pty Ltd trading as Hearing Life and is performed in accordance with Australian Privacy laws and our Privacy Policy. Information collected may include name, date of birth, contact details, pension number, payment details and sensitive information including hearing and related health information. Collection and use of personal information is only for the purposes of providing hearing related services, and information about hearing health care and Hearing Life related products we believe may be of interest you. You may opt out of receiving marketing material from us at any time. We may use and disclose personal information to your health providers and other persons nominated by you, or if required or authorised under Australian law. Our privacy policy contains information about accessing and correcting your information, and how you may complain about a possible privacy breach by us.
