I am Suzanne Buckland, a qualified and accredited Audiometrist. I work for Hearing Life Australia – I worked for 7.5 yrs with Hearing Life then left and returned, currently I have been with Hearing Life for 3 yrs now. I have been working as an Audiometrist for 18 years. I was working as a customer service officer in a hearing clinic and became interested in hearing whilst working there and also my mother had a hearing loss and wore hearing devices so it was very close to my heart. I enjoy the satisfaction of seeing peoples lives change when they are able to freely communicate with family and friends again. Prior to working within the hearing industry I was a secretary for many years and also a qualified Mothercraft Nurse working in maternity wards of hospitals and also in child care centres. I love working with and meeting new people.
