Jasmine Arora

Bachelors Aud & Speech Therapy, MAud SA (CCP)

My name is Jasmine. I have been working as an Audiologist for 16 years now, the last 7 years with Hearing Life in Victoria. I was very fascinated by the field of Audiology when my grandfather was advised hearing aids. The vast array of hearing aid choices he was offered made the process seem daunting and stimulating at the same time, which is what I love about my job till date. I find the interaction with clients, getting to know them more at each visit and guiding them through the hearing rehabilitation journey extremely gratifying.

I graduated as an Audiologist in India from one of the premier medical institutions. I worked in India in very varied set ups of hospital and with hearing aid manufacturers. Following that I spent a few years in Singapore working with special needs children. I have been in Australia for close to 12 years now and love calling it home.

Lynette Elligate

MACAud

I have been working at Hearing Life for over twenty three years and in the Mornington branch for over thirteen years.  Originally starting as a receptionist it was the encouragement from Hearing Life Management that encouraged me to go on and complete my studies.
After completing Certificate IV in Audiometry with distinction in 2002 I have since gone on to complete the Diploma.  I am a current full member of the Australian College of Audiology, which I joined in 2000, and hold a current certificate in Hearing Aid Dispensing.
The most enjoyable part of my job is meeting people and helping them on their journey to hear again!  It is a very rewarding process.
